Oldwalls Meetings, Conferences and Events

Oldwalls has the capability to host meetings, conferences or events, large or small. In addition to the Oakroom, we also provide a spacious marquee for corporate events of all types. The marquee can hold up to 150 people and has a large stage area for a presenter and all required presentation facilities. The Oakroom can hold up to 26 people and has presentation facilities ready to use. Both the marquee and the Oakroom areas can be set up and tailored to suit your specific requirements.

General Information

The Oakroom can hold up to 26 people seated, has a 50 inch plasma screen, projector, projector screen and Wifi Internet, all in place and ready to use. The medium sized meetings or events package also includes tea, coffee, orange juice, ice water, biscuits and melon. which are replenished 2 to 3 times a day depending on the duration of the booking.

Full catering is available on request, including full breakfast buffet, dinner and evening meal options.

Small - Medium Sized Meetings or Events

For small to medium sized meetings, conferences or events, Oldwalls offers 3 main areas: The Oakroom, a breakaway area and private grounds.

The Oakroom is a brand new architect-designed venue that can cater for small to medium sized meetings, conferences or events. This lovely room has a medieval ambience with vaulted ceilings and the mellow charm of the natural local oak, slate and stone used in its design.

The breakaway area is a separate room that extends from the Oakroom for use as a private meeting area. The breakaway room contains a private bar and comfortable seating.

The private grounds have outdoor seating and tables, waterfalls, private lakes and an unbroken view to Cefn Bryn and Arthur’s Stone. Oldwalls is located in a quiet area of rural Gower, designed to remove the discomfort and distractions of a busy city environment from important business meetings or conferences. However, Oldwalls is located only 20 minutes away from Swansea City, with mainstream Intercity transport and urban activity very accessible.

Sited on a purpose-built area alongside the Oakroom, our 5 star luxury marquee offers a large seated area, large stage area and full disabled facilities, with electric and water mains fitted and luxury toilets in the adjacent Oakroom.

This marquee can hold up to 200 people seated, has a large stage area with room for presenter and presentation equipment, Wifi Internet and computer facilities. Full catering available on request.
