Andrew and his team are devoted to creating unique wedding menus, each of which is designed to suit the palate of even the most discerning foodie. Our catering team research all the latest food trends and always respond to the season when planning their mouthwatering menus. Careful consideration is taken in order to appeal to the vast array of tastes and dietary requirements of our guests.
We have our own vegetable and salad grower, who harvests some of the finest produce in the area. We also source all of our meat from a local, family-run butcher, whose salt marsh lamb is not to be missed!
Whether you choose a Gold, Platinum or Diamond menu, we can work with you to personalise these with menu enhancers such as an amuse bouche or champagne sorbet. For those who require a more bespoke menu, our catering team is on hand to accommodate your tastes and provide you with a wedding breakfast to remember.
A selection of handmade canapés and antipasti are also available to be served during your drinks reception. For your evening reception, you’ll have a choice of delicious buffets including, classic finger buffets, traditional farmhouse and rustic hog roast options.
