Knot Dry Gin | Oldwalls

The wait is finally over.

Back in March we had to put our biggest project to date on hold, to enable us to focus on the challenges that we and our couples faced, thanks to the pandemic.

But, following the most turbulent year in the company’s history, like many others, we are looking forward to the new year and to see what 2021 holds. (Perhaps a bottle of gin in hand?)

So, without further ado, The Oldwalls Collection are proud to finally introduce Knot Dry Gin.

Why Knot?

Over the past decade we have met thousands of 20 – 30 year old couples and have witnessed the rapid rise in the popularity of gin.

Boasting one of the largest gin selections, we know a thing or two about gins. Therefore, we thought it was about time we brought out our very own gin, that encapsulates the essence of The Oldwalls Collection and it’s couples – Fashionable, fresh and fabulous.

We make the gin you make the memories!

Inspired by our Gower garden, think Juniper, Elderflower and Grains of Paradise, Lavender, White Rose and Lemongrass topped with Pure Welsh Mountain Water.

We recommend serving Knot Dry Gin, with Mediterranean tonic and garnished with juniper berries, a sprig of lavender and a single rose petal.

It really does taste as good as it looks!

We wanted to create a blend that was light and floral and represented our signature look and feel.

We also wanted a product that was suitable for all year round and that our mixologists could work with creating various cocktails for you and your guests to enjoy.

The result? It’s fabulous, even if we do say so ourselves.

TIE THE KNOT

KNOT – Tie the knot. To get married.

We loved the idea of having a name that represented what we do. Our logo (If you haven’t already noticed) is made up of three rings; These rings represent Marriage.

Weddings are a celebration of love, and a day that brings family and friends together. We wanted a name that had connotations of marriage, friendship, celebrations, all that require a good G&T!
