You will have several meetings with the wedding team, allowing you to get to know and trust them. On the day of your wedding, a co-ordinator will oversee every last detail to ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible


Our dedicated reception and accommodation team are responsible for the smooth running of our venue. From checking you into your accommodation to ensuring your breakfast runs smoothly, our reception team know that it’s the little things that go a long way and are happy to help with any request. If your ceremony begins before the check-in time, we provide a concierge service so your guests will have somewhere to safely leave their luggage.


During your initial visit to Oldwalls, our sales team will give you a guided tour of the grounds and facilities before sitting down with you to customise a package that is in keeping with both your vision and budget. They will guide you through the booking process and assist you with any queries you may have.


The service you receive from bar and catering staff can make or break your big day. At Oldwalls, we’re fortunate enough to boast a highly experienced head chef, catering manager and bar manager, all of whom are committed to providing you with the highest quality service and exceptional food and drink throughout your day.


Our grounds and maintenance team are responsible for the preservation of our 50 acres of rural grounds as well as maintaining all of our facilities to a high working standard. The team work around the clock to maintain our stunning gardens, which offer a picturesque backdrop to your photographs. Thanks to our grounds and maintenance team, you’re able to fully bask in the beauty of Gower in all its glory.
